Good Day, I have been shopping at Shoprite in Athlone for the past 15 years & never have I experienced such embarrassment & humiliation as received on Sun 21/07/2013. The cashier just refused to pack my groceries & when I said I was going to complain she said yes you go ahead. She was cheeky rude & just ignored me moving on to the next customer. Each & every month I do my monthly shopping at Shoprite in Athlone but I will never again put my foot in that store or any other Shoprite store. I am disgraced by the pathetic customer service received by Shoprite.
