Shoprite, being the store that mainly caters for the lower end market group have a low end service delivery. The Shoprite store in Kuruman, which is the only one. This store is located very close to the taxi rank, that service the entire Kuruman. That will give you an idea, who your customers are. Every weekend, the Money Market counter have a queque with an estimated waiting period of 30 minutes. This counter is always manned by one cashier. This is not a once of occurance. Since people mainly employed on the mine, can only do their shopping weekends. Shoprite have that " they can stand in the queque and wait" attitude. Why ca'nt the Manager not see the queque's. Just because it is patronize by black people, now they can give poor service? Shame on Shoprite for having that attitude. I wish the people of Kuruman will boycott the store for their lack of service...
