It seems like a simple request to have an alarm system moved from one premises to another, BUT its not. I have been messed about and not received feedback on a request i logged for over a week. I then get a call from a technician advising they will assist... but I'm still waiting. I have now lost the alarm system I had in my previous home and don't have an alarm system for my new home, even though I'm paying for a system I DON'T HAVE. I wonder how quick a response i will get if i don't pay them???
