I'm not sure what is the point of installing a alarm system that does not work, when you are suppose to be responding to the alarm. I have been phoning your call centre since last week trying to get technician to come back and fix the faulty alarm that he installed but no one comes back to me everyone I speak to says they come back to me still no feedback.
I will not be phoning your stupid call centre anymore but I will be holding you people responsible if the is burglary at my house. Since I am paying for a service that cannot be provided due to a faulty alarm system.
