I would like to take this opportunity and complain again about ADT's service. Once upon a time ADT use to respond to complaints made on Hellopeter. The response was that someone would contact the customer with the set 7 working days.
The new thing is, if you complain about their service or in my case LACK OF SERVICE, they just ignore you. Well done ADT, I believe you have reached a new low as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. You don't care about your clients as long as you receive your money.
