On the 10 april ADT came out to upgrade my alarm system. technician was unable to programme system correctly, so he left and never returned. Called ADT on 10 April, (REF. # 20130410010284), to assist. Same technician was sent out on 13 April. He managed to get the system working. On 15 April, system went faulty again. I called ADT - spoke to Bradley, (sales Rep), waited till 18 April, no response from ADT. Called ADT again on 18 April, (REF. # 18275612), to assist and received no response. On arrival at 19h45, I forget to de-activate alarm and entered my house, alarm did not go off. I test the and noticed that all doors and windows were not setting the alarm off. I pressed my panic and ADT called me, ( Ref. # 50369). I was advised to call the office in the morning. I called Prince at 09h45 this morning, (19 April), and he promised to call me back in 20 minutes. STILL WAITING. ALL I WANT IS TO HAVE MY FAMILY AND I PROTECTED AS I AM AT HOME WITH TWO LITTLE KIDS. IF YOU'LL CANNOT DO THIS, THEN PLEASE COME AND REMOVE YOUR SYSTEM SO I CAN GO TO A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT WILL PROTECT US.
