ADT came to install an alarm system early this month but it was faulty, the technician promised to come back later that day. They never showed up until I called them. They returned a week later with another faulty alarm system. The technician said he will report it to his supervisor. Up until this day no one has come or have the decency to call. I want to terminate this agreement and get my refund back.
