The ADT alarm system installed at my house is not functioning properly. The alarm went off on the morning of 31 March 2013, and since the, there has been to response from ADT. I have reported this fault to ADT on 1 April 2013, and was told that they will only be sending a technician to have a look at the problem at the ealiest some time next week. I feel this is not acceptable as an alarm system is part of security, and as such a faulty system should be fixed quickly and efficiently.
