i installed chubbs alarm system in my house because our business has been with you for many years.
My alarm system keeps going off by itself, after chubb switches it off, it will switch on by itself again.
I had technician to come here once (Mukesh from chubb), he fiddled with the alarm and it didnt go off, when he left, the alarm started going off again. i dont like the fact that your technician make me look like a fool, if the product is faulty, change it instead of making me look like an! i have video filmed that the alarm goes off by itself. i called chubb and called the technician, you guys say that you will come, make me waste my day by waiting for you. than you end up not coming. Also! your website states "top-of-the-line monitoring equipment with back up battery power ensures your system is always online."! My siren is so soft i cant even hear it when i am asleep! i been wasting my time with you guys over and over again as i requested them to install electric fence since september and they dont come! I demand my security system to be upgraded at YOUR COST! I am paying every month for nothing!
