Stallion Security inherited a alarm system at my premises and connected a radio transmitter as to provide a security service. Several alarm activations were met with slow response or non at all. a Break in ac-cured and there was no alarm signal to Stallion, due to a faulty transmitter, the alarm cables were cut and could not be repaired by Stallion as they didn't know how the system works. I had to pay for a private installer to do repairs. a Event log could not proof if the alarm did send a signal due to Stallion not being able to program said system. R40 000 worth of goods were, and to this day no one has taken responsibility for the faulty alarm. The technician from Stallion walked in and showed me all that is not legal with my system after the brake in. Should they not have fixed all said problems on taking the contract to ensure professional service??? The reply was "Sorry we don't know how to program said system" How can Stallion provide a efficient service if they don't know how to program alarm systems. The supplier of said system personally told me a request has been made to Steve Steyn to train technicians on the system, with no result at all. Who is responsible!!!
