Pathetic service an gross incompetence

A technician came to my place at the end of 2012 and did some work on my alarm system. I received my invoice and proceeded to pay my account on approximately the 9th of January 2013. The invoice said that I could pay using the easy pay method at checkers. I went to checkers and paid it. I received my rec? ipt and thought that was the end of it. EVERY month since then I keep getting an invoice saying that it is still due. I have phoned at least 7 times. I have emailed my proof of payment to Samuel moloantoa an to Nkosi mthorizi. My email was first sent in February. Mr Nkosi told me that they know that I've paid but that my payment is still being processed and that this system is new. Our last correspondence was a month ago. i received another invoice yesterday saying i still owe money. WHERE IS MY MONEY?? I then phoned a supervisor ms NAIDOO on Monday 8 April. She said she would call me back & didn't. I then called her again today and she did same thing. Utterly useless. I HAVE PAID AND HAVE SENT PROOF USING A SYSTEM YOU PUT ON MY INVOICE! WHY DIDN'T IT WORK AND WHY ISN'T SORTED OUT! I HAVE GIVEN PROOF! I am going to move to a new company! I am not pleased!!! FIX THIS!!
