Unacceptable Service

Our Alarm has been mailfunctioning, firealarm goes of from time to time and our battery seemed to be dead.
The Alarm was still working though we were able to turn it on.

We called blue security and asked for a technician to come out and check out our alarm system,
It took 2 days for someone to come out (Called monday -> came out on friday), The technician who came out forgot his laptop to do diagnostics and had to return which was only done the following tuesday.

The technician then claimed that the system has to be moved as it is built into a cupboard, from when we pruchased the alarm system they instaled it in the cupboard

he also did something which left the alarm system completly unfunctional

Now Blue sent us a quote for 1500 to move the board and then only check what could be wrong

I want Blue to cover these costs and reimburse us for the days we had no alarm system at all
