During the past weekend I tested my alarm and got no response from the ADT control room. I called them and they confirmed that they did not receive any alarm activation signal from our home alarm system. yesterday I also discovered that they could not see on their system when last they received a test signal from our system. In spite of this they did not bother contacting us to inform us of the problem with our system. In the meantime however, they were obviously very happy to continue to accept our monthly payments while they should have been aware that we were actually not getting any service from them
