C-track never phones back, but takes your money

We have been struggeling to get our C-trac unit to respond since 28 March 2013. We phoned many times to the Boksburg branch with no avail or had to hold on for Charlotte, who NEVER phone back. Eventually we got a booking for 9 April, we took the car and 1 hour later were told it ws a "soft lock" and was repaired and will be operatinal within 2 to 8 hours. We sms the "T" to a nuber givven after * hours, and nothing, also 24 hours ad nothing, we phoned again and were told it can take up to48 hours, we waitedand even Friday 12 April it was still not working. We phoned the in enturion, spoke to a lady "Esmeralda", who said shewill call us back in half hour, never happened. Someone called again an hour later to say they know about us and will call back with details. Having not heard anything today Monday (15 April 2013) we phoned again!! Esmeralda told us around 10:20 that she will find out what is going on and will phone back in half a hour. At 16:40 we havent heard from her or anyone else from C-track so we phoned agin!! At Esmeralda's direct number 012 - 450 - 2482, a man answered and said she has left and he will lave a message. NOW we ask... C-track... DO SOMETHING!!!
