A repair was booked for Wedn 20/03, we specified the technician to action this. On the 20th, a different technician arrived & didn't know what to do. I questioned with ADT why the reqeusted technician did not come, I was told that my husband requested the technician to attend in the morning (we had to attend a funeral), they sent a different technician, however they failed to communicate they can't guarantee the specified technician to complete the work. We then confirmed a new booking for Sat 23/03.I waited the WHOLE day for a technician that never arrived & failed to notify us that they are unable to complete the repair. We cancelled booking for sat 13/04, however they arrived on sun 14/04 to do installation? I have also queried the terms of our contract, as we were told that it is a rental system for 3 years, thereafter we own the system. I have requested that a copy of the original signed agreement be sent to me via email after they recently advised this info is incorrect. To date I still have not received this.
I am concerned they trick clients by providing false information to ensure contracts are signed.
I have asked a supervisor to contact me on numerous occasions to no avail
