Activation of tracke

I booked my car for installation of a tracker on the 2013-01-30 and was told that it will be active after 24 hours but after 24 hours the tracker was not working, called the branch in Boksburg and was told that its active on the car I should wait another 48 hours, of which I did but the same thing happened again that when u send an SMS to track where is my car, I don't get any response back. It been a week now and my tracker is not working... C-track needs to make sure that its active by today or am going to terminate my contract with them
