C-Track is pathetic and a waste of time

We bought a new Honda in September 2011 and decided to go with C-Track. After the installation, they were supposed to give us the details of which number to call to track the car (and a welcome pack with information). They basically never followed up with us, and just deducted the monthly payments every month.

After trying to get through to the call centre various times, I finally contacted Rinaldo Thys earlier this year who assured me that it will be sorted out, and that a fitment centre will contact me to come test the unit.

Nobody contacted me. I then had to book an appointment by calling the Boksburg Centre myself. I booked an appointment for the 6th April, but on the morning nobody pitched. When I phoned, I was told that the technician was off sick. So I booked for the following week, 13th April.

Once again nobody turned up. Once again I had to phone them to find out what it going on. This time, the lady at the Boksburg Centre was very rude, and told me that she does not appointments, none were booked for the day and that I should phone another lady on the following day (a Sunday) if I wanted help. Hence I'm here. C-Track is only good at taking your money.
