4 hour Full Day Spa treatment reduced to 2 hours

I booked a full day VIP Spa day treatment for my mother. She should have received a 4 hour treatment, the actual treatment was 2 hours. I phoned to complain, the lady said that the owner was on maternity leave and I should phone back. I phoned back and left a message, I am still waiting for a answer.
