Holding for Support Div. at C Track PTA for more than 10 min.and when complaining to the Switchboard lady whose reply was " it's normal to hold between 10 min. to 30 min..."" When asking her is it acceptable, she abruptly transfer me to her Manager and again holding for another 10 min. Eventually I gave up. Their Boksburg branch equally incompetent but at least Boksburg lady is more apologetic, but so far I still haven't heard from Charlotte who I left message to phone me back so I can complain to their Head office's incompetence.
