No service for more than a month

I have been having difficulties securing a data deal on an existing contract.

Since the beginning of April :
Ref Nr: TNB278
A call centre agent will contact you within the next 48 hours.

15 April: Vodacom Customer care ref nr 00148a8MM8ABSKHX.

3 May I phoned the sales number, requesting to phone me before delivery.
Would be delivered within 3-7 business days. Still nothing

Phoned again on Friday 10 May, gave me a waybill nr for RAM: Track Nr XXXXX
Phone RAM many times, RAM returned the delivery on 10 May at 8Pm

14 May - Phoned Vodacom 0821950, no less than 3 times during the day, twice held for 10min and once for 25min...
Logged a call with customer care... 0014Aa8PV1M0WDA8 they will respond in 2 days
