I found that my website was hacked

I immediatley phoned cybersmart 9am in the morning to report the problem. I was told that they will have it sorted in 15 min to half an hour

After 3 hours still nothing - I call again just to be told the same story but they will call me to tell when when it is done. They called me an hour later to say that it is done - when I went it to go look it was not even my website that was up - they just dumped my information in another wordpress template.

AFter being on the phone for another hour it was finally fixed.

An hour later i get back to check my site only to find that now it is not available - guess what - I had to call again to be told give us half an hour and we will sort it

I had given them 8 hours to sort it and I have had to pay the calls - 2 hours off it and guess what my site is still not up and I am on hold

What happens if i dont pay - they cut me off - who is going to pay for my calls and loss of income due to my site not running as well as my webdevelopers time
