Shocking service

My phone had a problem and it was still under its 1 year warrantee. I took it into the Cresta repair shop on Saturday the 13th of April 2013. I had a message to collect it later that afternoon. On Monday the 15th of April 2013 I collected the phone just to find out that it still was not fixed. I personally took two hours to go back to the repair center where I had to speak to a engineer who assured me that he fixed it and intimated that I was lying. I then phoned the customer care line where I was told by the consultant that I would be phoned daily to help me to track progress. I had two phone calls and still dont have my phone. Absolutely shocking service.
