I went to MTN in Rietfontein rd Boksburg to apply for a I-pad. Stood in the cue for over an hour and then took about another hour to fill in everything on the system and signing documents. Although I've got an existing contract with them I still needed to fill in everything. After that the lady said they will be coming back to me within 3 days. More than a week later I phoned them to find out what is happening and they could'nt pick up anything on the system. Said they will phone me back. 6 hours later still no phone call. Phoned them again. Another lady took my details and said she will phone me back. She actually did after an hour only to tell me that they can't pick up anything on the system, the lady who helped me can't remember anything and they can't find my application anywhere. Needless to say I will rather go to Vodacom and when my contract expire I won't renew that either. Thanks MTN
