I am desperately trying to get hold of the accounts department for Adt, the call centre keeps putting me through from their side as they are unable to assist me on my debit order queery, but after being cut off for the 6th time (after holding for 10min's at a time) i asked a lady in the call centre for the direct number for the accounts department, she then gave me the number : 0113214555 i tried this number and still no joy, it does not even get answered.
what i need is, please can someone urgently just advise me where i can get help for my debit order which was not taken on the agreed date, which now needs to be forced through an account which will not have the funds for it, and which will cause a furher black smear on the name that i am trying to correct from my side, i am trying to get someone to assist me so that the debit order goes of on the agreed date and not just when ever, and also to make the nessary arrangements for the arrears amount on the account at the same time.
i am trying to meet my obligations, but due to phones and mails not being answered, this seems to be an unobtainable goal. totally at end here. please assist!
