Nedbank fails to rectify their own mistakes

End january one of my loans' debit orders didnt go through, on speaking to their call centre we agreed the amount to be deducted over a three month period from end february 2013, i also asked for the debit order date to be rectified since i have been battling since february 2012 to get it moved from the first to the fourth of each month. End february came, the debit order went through on the first, they double debited the amount and still debited the agreed upon amount as well. On phoning the call centre i was told they would rectify this maistake as my cheque account will now be in arrears as there will now be insufficient funds in it, i also reminded them about the debit order date being wrong. Six days later i phoned to hear whats happening, i was told that thay will not refund the money as i changed the debit order dates and my account will now fal into default??? I sent them e mails asking to rectify the problem, no response. Now I received an sms stating that i have been handed over to their legal department. All this for a mistake from their side
