I have sent emails to [Email Removed] on the 1st March to get my personel loans instalment increased and still to date have not recieved a response. I decided to call the call centre number spoke to Lindiwe Sibiya 12h32 today in the loans department she says she cannot assist i should speak to collections, i told her my account is not in arrears i would like to just pay more she said collections deals with it. Called collection, spoke to Audrey Kekana she says she only deals with accounts that are in arrears cannot assist, she will transfer me to the correct department spoke to Sibongile she says im still in the incorrect department she will now transfer me to the correct department. Spoke to Pertunia Chewe, she says she cannot assist would like to give me the same number i intially dialled. I told her to get somebody to call me to get this sorted out i cannot call another number, she says she cannot assist as they inbound and cannot refer the matter to anybody!!! How many calls should i make to just adjust a debit order??? Furious
