I've been a loyal customer of Altech Netstar since 2009 and the smooth transition arranged by Laigan Ahkee (Sales Consultant) to deactivate the old system on my old car and arranging an installation date at the dealership for my new car was perfectly executed. The level of professionalism and continuous feedback provided by him through emails was remarkable. This resulted in me referring the buyer of my old car to him and also received good feedback of the interaction with Laigan and service arranged for the tracker to be installed at work.
