Due to a missed Debit Order in Feb, ADT advised I did not have to pay in manually, they would double debit my account in March - Was very supprised to see a tripple debit being deducted. For 14 days, I have tried to query the refund due to me with the call centre, then I am transferred to Accounts or my Credit Controller, I am kept holidng for 15 minutes and then promplty cut off. This happens every single time I phone. On asking for the name of a senior person in accounts, I am supplied with a name but was ttold that her contact number and email address is unknown to the staff. I finally get supplied with a direct number for accounts, surprise surprise, the call has not once been answered, rings off the hook. Angry is actually too mild of a word to use for how I am feeling at the moment.
