Good day,
This isn't really a complaint, I am just having great difficulty in trying to reach the call centre to change my banking details. I recently moved to another bank and have been trying to get hold of the account department in Cape Town now for several days. My debit order has gone off now, on the old account and has been rejected. The phone call goes thru to the accounts department, but they can't seem to hear me talking on the other side.. And then I get cut off.. Please can someone assist me?
