Mtn mistake afect my credit record

I missed a payment on my MTN account, and paid it directly to MTN at Keywest mall, not only the outstanding amount but also the amount for the following month, i was assured that as soon as the payment reflected on their account the debit order for that month would not be forwarded, all i needed to do was to call the accounts department, this i did and they confirmed payment received, asked for slip number witch i happily produced, however at the last business day mtn tried to gain the funds i already paid by means of a debit order, in failing in this they suspended my phone lines, claiming that i was in arears, i phoned them and had it sorted out, yet today another two weeks later, when my account has to go off by means of debit order, my lines are suspended again, phoning them or trying to at many times as they only so often answer the phones at the call center, i was informed that as there were two un answered debit orders i am now a cash payer, and has to pay like R1082 to be up to date, whereas what i believe i am up to date since the previous month was NOT skipped and infact was paid long before its due date, in cash, yet the cut my lines and demand unological payments.
