Morning, I am very disappointed in FNB, I have ordered a new phone on Thursday & got 'a BlackBerry this weekend for a present, I have contact the call centre on Sunday to cancel my previous order, but to order another make, the call centre gave me a contact number, which I did phones, was transferred several times & then finally I got to be assist, only to be put back again to the sales department where a guy sad I must downdrage my platinum account to a gold account, so that I can order another phone, I specifically ask the sales assistant if im finished with the call if I can call the sales department right away so that I can order again, he sad yeas or I can sms my ID number & the make of phone to 32812. He gave me the following number 0861227722, to downgrade my acc. The person that assst me, told me it isn't necessary to downgrade, but gave me the call centre number to make sure & there a lady assist me & also told me it wasn't necessary, she put me back to the sales department & there a guy told me that I must wait 24 hours to do another application.

Im very disappointed in FNB, first of all the staff isn't up to date whith there products & they give clients false information.
