I decided to switch security companies for armed response as I was not receiving the level of service that is expected by a security company, so in June 2012 I switched from Chubb security to Transport Protection services commonly referred to as TPS, great service was received from the onset, I suppose to get me to sign their contract, but when I sent them a mail that has been read by their director Alan Grobler on the 24th February 2013 to report that my alarm is faulty, well no technician has been arranged up until now the 09th March 2013 despite sending 2 other follow up emails, obviously my alarm is still under a 1 year warranty and I personally don't want to try and fix the alarm myself as this will void my warranty, I personally reckon that I should receive 2 months free security as I had to pay another alarm technician to come and resolve my battery error message and it didn't even take him 5 minutes to resolve the problem, but I had to pay a call out fee of R400-00, I'm disgusted with your customer service TPS even though I have only been with you for 9 months.
