My house was broked into while ADT Alarm was On, the technician came to take the event buffer report and confirmed that the alarm was armed during even though it was not activated.
I have tried in vain to get full details from ADT as to what could have happened to the Alarm, why was it not Activated during burglary but not answers are coming forth, now I am stag with their Alarm system that I am not even sure if is working properly or not, every time I call escalation department the phone rings for ever.
I also reported that every time my electricity goes off the alarm only last for two hours from them it goes off and requested that they sent a Technician perhaps to come and install a new battery if that was the problem, the technician said the battery is still new and left, not further checks as to what courses the alarm to last only for two hours, I am left out to investigate and resolve the problem on my own
