Im on the best option of tracking device they have to offer. Today after 17:00 I got a scare and could not find my car, after a good while I pushed my panic button for tracker, and got no response as I expected. After a good 5 mins or so, I found my car, and called my mom to let her know. I then drove home which is a good 6-10 minutes.. Only when I got home did my mom hand me HER cell with matrix on the phone. Its unforunate that I don't know who was on the line, but if the calls are recorded then I'm sure it can be picked up. Of course my mom had already explained what happened so when I spoke to the consultant she asked me to confirm that I was drivi the car: I was startled as its my car and in my name and why on earth are they calling my mother and not me after I pushed the panic button. She then spoke to me in a manner that I DON'T find professional: and told me to confirm my cell number, once I did she said: thank you, and hung up!
I'm appauled as its the 2nd time that I have someone disrespectful on the phone with me, and that it took almost 15 mins for them to get hold of me (on the wrong contact numbers too) should I have been in a real situation! I am shocked! NO WORDS
