Unacceptable Service

On Monday, we called this company to transfer our tracking device as we bought a new car. Tuesday 12h00 they installed the unit at my work and said it would be active at 16h00. It was not. We called them Wednesday, said to test it when I got home, it would then be active, it was not. Called them again. Said to call them on my way to work this morning to test the unit. I did that. Called me back to confirm they could not trace the unit. I must now contact the fitment centre to come and check the unit.
I asked the lady why was it my responsibility? They deal with the fitment centres. They arranged the fitment. Why should I, as a customer, call around to get the service I am paying them for monthly? Why did they not send the fitment centre out on the first day. Their service is absolutely horrendous. I will not recomend them to anyone. Imagine the service once your car is...
