3rd faulty tracking unit installed in 12 months

I had an Altech Netstar installed in my vehicle in Dec 2011, in Sept 2012 I started having issues with my battery. I went to the Midrand fitment centre to get the device tested, they confirmed it was draining too much power & fitted a new one. I had to purchase a new battery as the tracking unit had damaged it. In Nov the same thing started to happen with my NEW battery, in early December I took it to the Randburg fitment centre to have it checked, they reported they couldn't pick up any drainage from either my car's electronics or the tracking unit, I later found out that they had indeed fitted my car with a new device as the other one was faulty. This year my battery had become so drained that it wouldn't start after being off for only 10 minutes. I took it back to the Midrand fitment centre who disconnected the device to see if the battery recharged itself overnight, which it did but once again battery has once again been so drained that it cannot recharge itself. I have taken my car to an auto electrican who confirmed my car's elctronics are working perfectly. I wonder if Altech Netstar will waver the cancellation fee due to it being their responsibility the device is faulty.
