After buying a car I had to install a tracking device, so I chose Altech Netstar because of their ad. I called and was assisted by Yvonne Hlabana, she sent me forms and I filled and returned them she called to advise that the she had booked my fitment for Monday (23 December 2013) in Richards Bay and advised that fitment centre guys would come to me even though I asked if i could go to the fitment centre on Friday the 20th. I did not receive a call from the centre that Monday. I tried to call them on the Tuesday, no answer and I decided to go there in person and found that they were closed until January 2014. I called the call centre (0112075000) for help and was answered by an unprofessional agent who redirected me to the emergency centre and was then sent from pillar to post. On January, 7th, 2014 i went to the Selby centre and they sent their technician on the 8th. He did his job and advised me that the customer services would contact me with me with all the necessary details. I have been waiting since then til today (27/01/2014) I have not heard from them. What does one have to do to get service from this company?
