I have purchased a new vehicle and asked Netstar 1 week in advance (spoke to Sade) to install a new unit in the vehicle. They then contacted a fitment centre near the dealership in pinetown. 5 days later I spoke to the salesman to check if anyone has come over to install the unit in the car, he said no. I was worried at this point because I was taking delivery the next day. I then phoned the fitment centre (Platinum tracking). The lady said they were not skilled to fit a unit in my car and that she had told Sade this. Angered that nothing has been done to get the unit in I called the call centre, after waiting 10 minutes on the phone a man answered, pretended that he did not hear me speak to him and cut the call. I called again and 9 minutes later Bulelo answered, I told her of my predicament and long story-short, she pulled all stops to get my unit fitted in a matter of minutes! She is a star and gave me feedback every instant that i found useful. I must say, after having a relatively bad experience, Bulelo really turned it around. If anything she deserves an award and it is because of her that I will recommend Netstar to anyone! I really hope she reads this! thank you!
