We've had issues with our Chubb security system since the day it was installed. Technicians have been to our house on many occasions (and charged us for every call out). But the problem persist. We get called by the control room a few times a day to say the panic alarm was pressed or that the outside alarm was tripped but they are always false alarms as no one is there to trip the alarms. None of the technicians can seem to sort this fault out so we are left with a system that does not really mean anything to us and yet we have to pay after every single technician visit.
I am loosing my patience and I'm very close to cancelling this contract.
