I have been trying to cancel my ADT armed response. Called the call centre, and they said I must send and email with the details. I get an auto response but up to now no one responds. IF THEY CAN'T RESPOND TO AN EMAIL HOW DO THEY RESPOND TO AN EMERGENCY??? You send an enail into a black hole and it disappears. Now I have confirmation why I am leaving ADT with their ratio of 750 customers per one vehicle team...!!! If I do not get a response by tomorrow, I am going to let my alarm go off every day, and give the person that arrives a copy of my cancellation letter until it is done. They are leaving me no choice!!! Pathetic service, or rather non-existent!!!
