During December 2013 I bought an alarm system with the sms notification. The alarm was installed on 6 January 2014 and I did not receive any sms notifications when it is activated or deactivated. Johan was informed about the problem on 6/01/2014, asked for feedback on 8/01/2014 and until now no feedback was given
