I upgraded my alarm system (R26K). ADT installed October 2013. Since upgrade, no sleep! I received a notification today that my service fee will go up due to excessive call outs. The new alarm is faulty, wrong sensors installed. I logged about 7 technical faults in the last two weeks. No response, SMS or telephone calls received. I will log a technical fault every time my alarm rings now, in order to get attention. Saleslady disappeared. Technical team disappeared. Only me and my ringing alarm.!!!
