I already have 4 Maxidor's in my home and when I installed the last 2 (number 5 and 6). The one security gate panel with lock on has been damaged in the factory. The last one struggles to lock or unlock. There are 2 struts that are not even attached. The installer also come with an attitude. I have contacted Maxidor to sort this problem out but I have yet to receive a call from them.
I am highly disappointed in their service and product. Their product has declined from my first security gate to the last one.
I have no idea when this will be sorted out...
