ADT Poor customer service increasing

On the 9th of January 2014 ADT technicians came to my house to fix the alarm and i was charged R280.00. On the 15th of January 2014 i tested the alarm and also phoned ADT offices to confirm if they received signal and the operator informed me that they did not receive the signal. She then booked for a technician to fix the alarm on the 16th. Technicians did not arrive and i was never informed of the reason they did not arrive. I phoned ADT in the evening and i was told the matter will be escalated and the technician will arrive on the 17th. Technicians did not pitch and i then phoned the office again. i was given no explanation why the technicians did not pitch again. I was informed that they had made a booking for the technicians to fix the alarm on the 20th of January 2014. The technicians did not arrive again. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will instruct my bank to reverse the debit order when it goes through end of the month as i paid for repairs but the alarm still have issues. I still pay monthly subscriptions for the service i do not receive. ADT, get your house in orde
