The sales person told me that the application for the security alarm system was approved, and I needed to pay the required fee ahead of installation. The deposit was made on the 27/09/2013 and my name and surname appear as the reference on the deposit slip, but later was told that the application was not supposed to be approved due to my credit record. On 05/12/2013 and 12/12/2013 I phoned to request the refund, call center agent told me they will escalate the matter and I should expect feedback. I Phoned again on 07/01/2014 and still nobody seem to know how I can be assisted. I need ADT Security to refund me the amount of R350.00.
