Paying for nothing

I installed an early warning system late 2013, after trying to test it with after the veeeery long waits in line on call centre, they advise the unit is not picking up signal which means it is not working. They said they will arrange for a technician to look at it, I am still paying my unit is still not working and no one has attended to it. I phoned again this morning, supervisor said he will phone back in 45 minutes, it has been 2 hours since I spoke to him. I am angry and I want nothing to do with Altech, what happens if my car gets. The CPA says I dont have to pay for goods that are not working, if you guys want to take this to court then let us rather do that. I ma cancelling the contract because you have breached your end of the bargain and are not bothering to fix it. I do not want your unit anymore, you are unreliable, your service is appalling and I regret doing business with you. I have been a client since 2010, a simple thing as a unit upgrade is not breaking the relationship because you do not care about customer service. I will NEVER recommend you guys to anyone, you leave a lot to be desired.
