I phoned Netstar to complain that the unit in my car is faulty as I cannot arm or disarm the vehicle. We had a conference call with AA auto sound and security as they are the company who installed the unit. I was told by Rubain to bring the vehicle in and they will sort it out. Arrived at AA Auto sound at 12 o'clock and was told by Candy they cannot get hold of Netstar to test the unit. (that was two hours later) They will sent a technician out on Tuesday to have a look at the unit. Tuesday nobody come so I phoned again and was told they will phone me back but never did. Phoned Netstar again (my cost) and another conference call, spoke to Rubain and arranged again to have a technician sent out first thing today (07/11/2013). Three hours later still no technician. Phoned again and Rubain told us that the technician is out and not sure why he never arrived. Altech's call centre agent asked to have a conference call with the technician but Rubain did not know which technician was appointed. How incompetent.
