Netstar tracker not working for the 2nd time!

I installed a Netstar Cybersleuth Supreme tracking device in my car almost 3 years ago, about 6 months ago I realized it stopped working for almost a month.
I reported it to Netstar and they replaced it with a new unit.
Today 09 April 2013 I tried to locate the car again and saw the unit stopped working on the 14th of March.
I bought the more expensive model to track the car on the internet, but what is the use to pay for a unit that can`t be track? I understand the unit can get faulty over time but 2 units in almost 3 years and
why couldn't Netstar alerted me that my car was "stationery" for more than 1 month?
After speaking to their Customer Call centre to test the unit, they couldn't traced the car.
So why am I paying for a service that don`t exist?
Utterly disgusted!!
