The system runs off my car battery and now my battery is dead, after I replaced it 2 months ago, dealership suggested that I contact my tracker company. After holding for their call centre for a goods 10 minutes, the agent tells me my query will take up to 3 working days to be sorted. So basically what they are saying is I will be without a tracker for 3 days!? Why's their system running off my battery in the first place!? If battery's flat, they can't pick up my car! Idiotic to say the least!
