I`v had the C-S in my Audi for almost a year. Never tested it. So about 3 weeks ago, I decide to test the unit. Panic button type. No response from them. Phone them and they say its not working. They say its under warranty, they send a tech to fix it. While I got them on the line, I ask that they install the CSS in my Cadillac as my son is the driver (also noted on my insurance) and I want to know how and where he drives...

Unit installed on the Friday. I ask the tech about my unit in the Audi, he says he knows of nothing, but while he is here, he`ll have a look. He did and he fixed it. Actullay repalced the whole panic button.

So back to the Cadillac, tested the unit on Sat, no response. Call test centre, they confirm, unit was activated and then deactivated. They dont know why. Said they will get customer care to call me on Monday... Never happend. I call the that afternoon, and this agent tells me I dont knoew what I`m tlking about, the unit is activated. I test again and no signal. After more calls to test centre, they get the unit to work... Then after the 22, 23 of Feb, I test it again on internet. Car is 40km from where it should be. Actually, the car is parked at my home
